Definitions: Health Expenditure Per Capita (PPP; International $): The sum of public and private health expenditure (in PPP, International $) divided by population. Health expenditure includes the provision of health services, family planning activities, nutrition activities and emergency aid designated for heath, but excludes the provision of water and sanitation.
PPP: A comparison of economies based on standardized international dollar price weights, rather than official currency exchange rates.
